STC Stockfish is a specialised company in the sale of fish on the international market located in the southwest part of Norway. We work with Norwegian companies involved in the fishing industry and sell their products in Europe. We specialise in the sale of stockfish.
Norway is stockfish country number one. Stockfish is produced from lean fish, mainly from cod. It is economical to transport and store, requiring only a dry storage area or warehouse. The product can be stored for long periods.
We sell both bales(of 45kg) and pallets sizes and can export to Europe only. For bales, minimum quantities apply. For export to the UK, we offer different delivery options. Did you know...
Stockfish is fish dried in fresh air. The drying process is dry and economical. After about 3 months of drying, the fish is matured and about 80% of the water has evaporated. Stockfish maintains all the nutritional goodness during drying.
The nutrional content of 1 kilo of stockfish is the same as about 5 kilos of fresh fish. On soaking, the stockfish regains its fresh qualities, giving you a tasty nutritional meal.
